Men are more likely to develop cardiovascular disease if their family has a history of the disease.
- Bladder cancer
Bladder cancer is the fourth most common cancer in men over the age of 50. People who smoke and work with chemicals used in the dyeing, skin and rubber industries have a higher risk of disease.
- Uncontrolled urination
It is estimated that at this age of men, 1 in 3 people have uncontrolled urination. Fortunately, this condition can still be cured.
Typically, men are more susceptible to one of two types of uncontrolled urination as they age: desire – the feeling of wanting to urinate excessively, followed by excessive leakage and overflow – small leaks from the full bladder.
- Testicular problems
Regardless of age, it’s important to regularly check your testicles for tumors.
A common testicular problem in men of all ages is swelling caused by fluid buildup around the testicles (hydrocele). If you have this condition, you need to see a doctor right away.
