The incident happened at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 13 outside the Intoxicology Department restaurant.

Pennsylvania State Police said the person who drove his car into the crowd has been arrested and is awaiting criminal charges.

Berwick residents gathered for an event to raise funds for the families of the victims of a fire that killed 7 adults and 3 children last week in the neighboring town of Nescopeck.
