Persistent abdominal pain warns of many dangerous diseases

Bowel cancer, stomach cancer, or liver cancer can all cause abdominal pain and worsen over time.

In the early stages, these diseases are usually asymptomatic.

If there are persistent abdominal pains, you need regular examinations and screenings to eliminate the cause.

People with mild abdominal pain can take care at home such as eating liquid, easily digestible foods, drinking plenty of water, avoiding high-fat foods, fried or greasy foods, avoiding eating tomatoes, caffeine, alcohol, carbonated drinks.

To prevent some abdominal pain, patients need to drink plenty of water every day, eat many small meals, exercise regularly, limit gas-producing foods, ensure balanced and fiber-rich meals, eat more fruits and vegetables.
