Lower muscle exercises

Perform the exercise with Lunge Twist movements that help maintain and increase mobility in the lower muscles.

How to do it: Start with an upright position, legs shoulder width apart.

Step your right foot forward, slowly lowering your knees in a kneeling position with one foot.

Bring your hands forward, twisting your body to the right while pushing your hips forward. Switch sides and repeat the movement, perform 20 times between the parties.
