Shoulder and back exercises

This exercise improves the mobility of the shoulders and back, relaxes after a tiring working day.

How to do it: Stand with your back against the wall, hands raised at the level of your head, the back of your hand pressed against the side of the wall.

Keeping your back straight, slowly slide down and extend your legs so that you feel the thigh muscles are stretched. Repeat the movement from 10 to 15 times.
