Spinal relaxation exercises

Cat-cow movements, or the so-called cat posture – the cow has a good effect on increasing flexibility and mobility for the spine.

How to do it: Fight people with hands and knees like the shape of a table with a tabletop that is the back.

Stretch your neck and look down at your abdomen, lifting your back up while taking a deep breath.

Relax to its original position, face up to the ceiling. Repeat the movement from 5 to 10 breaths.
