Gluten-free – Good foods for women with endometriosis

One study looked at whether a gluten-free diet could reduce pain symptoms in women with endometriosis.

Gluten is believed to be the cause of a number of pathologies and health conditions, including infertility.

Women who were believed to have severe endometriosis-related pain were given a gluten-free diet for 12 months.

The results showed that 75% of people felt the pain in significant remission, and none of the women who followed a gluten-free diet experienced increased pain.
