Borussia have lost their last eight clashes with Bayern and even today it looked like they would not be enough for a rival. The hosts led by two goals after goals from Goretzka and Sané until the 74th minute.

But then Moukoko cut the deficit and bayern striker Koman’s 90th-minute dismissal increased the chances of an equaliser for the home side. Dortmund took advantage of the numerical advantage in the fourth minute of the set-up, in which Modeste asserted himself.

Leverkusen sacked coach Seoane, who was replaced by Alonso, after Tuesday’s Champions League loss to FC Porto.

The former Spanish midfielder got off to a great start to his coaching career in Germany, with Leverkusen winning the Bundesliga for the first time since late August.

Much of the credit for this went to French striker Diaby, who sent the home side into the lead in the 39th minute with an accurate shot from behind the whitewash.

Three minutes later, he set up a goal chance for Frimpong and the Dutch defender was not mistaken.

The same cooperation led to a goal at the start of the second act and Frimpong increased Leverkusen’s lead to 3-0.

In the last minute of the regular season, substitute Paulinho broke through and closed the score of the match.

Due to an injury to Augsburg number one Gikiewicz, Tomas Koubek stood between the three poles after more than two years and was overcome after just 27 minutes. Bakua’s shot was delivered into the uncovered goal by Gerhardt.

Augsburg responded in the second half, when Gumny was the quickest to orient himself in the limelight of the guests and hit the crossbar from close range.

Bochum got its first league win of the season after seven losses and one draw.

In the 71st minute, Hofmann opened the scoring for the match with Frankfurt and in the very end the home team managed to score twice more.

In the match between Mainz and Leipzig, goals were scored only at the end of the half.
