Striker Harry Kane scored a brace to help Tottenham beat hosts Nottingham 2-0 in the Fourth Round of the Premier League on August 28.
Kane missed a hat-trick when he was pushed for a penalty by goalkeeper Dean Henderson in the second half. But his two goals were more than enough to help Tottenham win their second game in a row, climbing to third in the Premier League with 10 points.
With Arsenal, Man City, Brighton and Newcastle, Antonio Conte has not lost in the Premier League 2022-2023.
Despite being newly promoted, Nottingham made an attractive double play against the visitors at the City Ground.
The two teams finished a total of 35 times, but Tottenham took better advantage of the opportunity thanks to striker Kane and the likes of Dejan Kulusevski or Richarlison.
From the first opportunity, Tottenham scored. Kulusevski recovered the ball in the middle of the field, pulled it up and passed it in front of the penalty area for Kane to cross.
The England captain shot with the sole of his right foot into the far corner, as goalkeeper Henderson appeared out of sight and stood on his feet as the net shook.
