U.S: California aims to ban the sale of fossil fuel cars
Rising emissions from human activities that cause climate change have increased the earth’s average temperature, leading to a series of extreme weather events and natural disasters.
For a long time, scientists have emphasized that reducing emissions from fossil fuels is the decisive factor to solve the problem of climate change.
According to experts, California – the largest car market in the US – will reduce the number of new cars sold on fossil fuels by 1/3 by 2026, down 2/3 by 2030.
