Foods patients with inflammatory bowel disease should limit

Patients can enjoy decaffeinated tea or coffee; low-sugar rehydration drinks, filtered water; supplements of vitamins (B6, B12, folate).

You should remove the peel of tubers and fruits to cut down on the fiber content.
