When asked if Tottenham were favorites to win the Premier League this season, Tuchel replied:
“I think every club under Conte is a title candidate, always is, in every country and with every club.
Conte is an extremely demanding coach with an incredible record in the domestic arena, and he will push Tottenham to the limit.”
In the opening round last weekend, Tottenham beat Southampton 4-1 at home, while Chelsea beat Everton 1-0 at Goodison Park.
Ahead of the derby match with Tottenham today 14/8, Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel admitted the opponent is ahead by recruiting many quality recruits in the summer of 2022.
