Jeffrey Dahmer, who has been a 17-time murderer and prefers to keep his body, has earned him the nickname “sickest” murderer in The United States.
On the morning of May 27, 1991, police in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, received an emergency call from two women who reported finding a 14-year-old boy naked on the street, bleeding and looking like he was on the run.
But when police arrived at the scene, the blonde man, 31-year-old Jeffrey Dahmer, explained the boy was his lover and they only clashed slightly.
Although witnesses tried to convince him to save the boy, officers believed Jeffrey Dahmer and quickly left, citing their unwillingness to interfere too deeply with the same-sex couples’ romance.
The boy was later killed at Jeffrey Dahmer’s apartment.
Two months later, on July 22, 1991, black man Tracy Edwards was spotted fleeing on the street in handcuffs.
Edwards told police that Dahmer took him into custody and threatened to kill him.
When police arrived at the home, Dahmer calmly explained the whole thing was a misunderstanding.
The officers almost believed him.
