Age of screening for certain types of cancer
Colorectal cancer: Continue screening with stool-based tests or imaging tests every 10 years.
People 85 years of age and older should stop screening for colorectal cancer.
Lung cancer: Start a low-dose CT screening every year if you are in subjects such as having quit within the last 15 years or are smoking or have a 20-year smoking history and are 50-80 years old.
Prostate cancer: All men 50 years of age and older should begin testing for prostate cancer.
