5 exercises to make the joint flexible
This exercise improves the mobility of the hips, pelvis and especially the flexibility of the legs.
How to do it: Stand up straight, legs shoulder width apart. Slowly contract the left leg up so that the knee forms an angle of 90 degrees.
Taking the right leg as a fulcrum, turn the left leg to the sides so that the hips are extended as much as possible.
Return the left leg to its original position and repeat it on the right.
