Differences of heart attack in men and women

A heart attack usually consists of pain in the center or left side of the chest, which lasts for several minutes, tightness, pressure.

Symptoms that are usually accompanied or not accompanied by chest pain include:

shortness of breath (sometimes developed before chest pain) lightheadedness, fatigue, pain in one or both arms, nausea, vomiting, sweating…

Heart attacks are usually caused by plaque that accumulates inside the blood vessels leading to the heart.

This plaque is made up of low-density lipoproteins (LDL-c), fats, other inflammatory products.

When hard plaque breaks off, blood clots will quickly form.
