Kim Kardashian’s Met Gala Diet: Bad Side Effect

At the beginning of June, the 41-year-old had already expressed herself similarly in the “New York Times”:

“I didn’t say: ‘Hey guys, why don’t you lose this weight in a short time?'”

And further: “For me it was like: ‘OK, Christian Bale can do it for a film role, and that’s okay. Renée Zellweger also gained a role. It’s all the same for me.”

Because she wanted to fit into a Marilyn Monroe dress, Kim Kardashian lost a few pounds before the Met Gala.

Not without side effects.

At the Met Gala in early May, Kim Kardashian (41) caused a stir with a dress by Marilyn Monroe (1926-1962).

In order to be able to present the robe, Kardashian lost several kilos.

Now the 41-Year-old revealed to the magazine “Allure” that the three-week diet, which she adhered to before the event, led to the fact that a “really painful” psoriasis had broken out in her.

Kardashian apparently usually eats a vegetarian diet, but ate meat before the Met Gala.

In the Allure interview, she explained, “Psoriasis broke out on my body and I got psoriatic arthritis, so I couldn’t really move my hands.”

She had visited a rheumatologist who could help her with a drug. In addition, she had omitted the meat, and the psoriasis calmed down.

This is what she tells her critics

On her diet, Kardashian abstained from carbohydrates for three weeks. She is said to have lost around seven kilos as a result.

The fact that she talked about it publicly did not suit everyone.

The reality TV star said of the criticism: “If I had starved and approached it really unhealthily, I would say that of course this is not good news.”

Kardashian added:

“But I had a nutritionist, I had a trainer. I’ve never drunk more water in my life.” Once again, she compared her weight loss before the Met Gala to the role of an actor:

“I don’t see the criticism in other people when they have lost weight for roles – they are considered geniuses of their profession.”
