Israel Adesanya defeated Jared Cannonier and retained his belt for the 5th time

Israel Adesanya beat Jared Cannonier by unanimous decision and retained his middleweight title for the fifth time in a row in what was the evening of UFC 276 held in the city of Las Vegas.
The judges’ cards determined the Nigerian winner with partials of 49-46, 49-46, 50-45.
In this way, Adesanya stretched her record to 23 wins in her 24 professional fights. It should be noted that their only defeat was in the attempt to take the title of the light heavyweight division against Jan Błachowicz.
